1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Global AI Bots ("we", "us", "our") products and services, including CLETUS AI Chat, CLETUS Voice, and the Guest Experience & Operations Platform (GEOP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
2. Description of Services
Global AI Bots provides AI-powered customer service tools including:
- CLETUS Chat: An embeddable AI chat widget for websites
- CLETUS Voice: An AI-powered phone receptionist (when available)
- GEOP: A guest experience and operations management platform for hospitality businesses
- Related add-ons and features
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One account per business unless otherwise agreed upon
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Free Trial
- We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
- During the trial, you have full access to your selected plan's features
- At the end of the trial, your account will be suspended unless you add a payment method
- Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiration. After 30 days, data may be deleted
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time
5. Billing & Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices may change with 30 days written notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@globalaibots.com
- Revenue sharing fees (upsells, re-booking, damage protection) are billed monthly based on actual transactions
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- After cancellation, your data is preserved for 30 days, then may be deleted
- To request immediate data deletion, contact support@globalaibots.com
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
- Use our AI agents to impersonate real humans in a deceptive manner
- Exceed plan limits through automated means
- Collect sensitive personal information without proper compliance
8. Intellectual Property
- Global AI Bots retains all rights to our software, branding, and technology
- CLETUS is a trademark of Global AI Bots
- Your business data, Q&A content, and customer information remain YOUR property
- We will never sell your data to third parties
9. AI Disclaimer
- Our AI agents provide automated responses based on the information you provide
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- You should review the AI's knowledge base regularly to ensure accuracy
10. Data & Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures and do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Anthropic, etc.).
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
